Irisin (Human, Mouse, Rat) ELISA Kit SK00170-08
Irisin,a secreted myokine, is a circulating biomarker for metabolic syndrome. This new Irisin elisa kit was formulated by the glycosylated human irisin derived from HEK293 cells and specific monoclonal antibody. The antibody was validated by the glycosylated human irisin derived from HEK293 cells and human serum samples on western blot.
